Hilos by Hilos: Curated by Michel Blancsubé
Self-taught artist who began painting in early 2003 without a crew to accompany him until he met a group of cholos that he joined for 6 months where he created his tag, then in 2012 he was part of another crew where he was formed. Here the work consisted of intervening subway cars. Now Hilos works independently and is how he arrives at the gallery.

Other information:
A tag is a signature that graffiti artists put in public places to be recognized.
HILOS created his pieces for this exhibition without a fixed plan through trial and error experimenting with materials that led him to the results that can be seen today in the gallery.
The message of his works is to show the everyday in a different way.
