Since he developed the pictorial project Fake, Gold, partially presented by SAENGER Galería in the exhibition Work, Story, Pleasure during the last edition of the Art Week, Peláez has maintained in recent years a path parallel to his exercise in painting, and that effort materializes on this occasion with the present exhibition dedicated exclusively to his facet in drawing.
As an exact reflection of his pictorial practice, Intervalos takes us into a little-known area in Javier Peláez's career, thus marking a distance between one body of work and another; and in doing so, he reveals an unexpected rhythm and the same desire for polyphony that encompasses his interests in art.
